I'm Lisa, and I'm so pleased you are here.
If you're seeking a space to tend to your heart, find an inner sense of calm and confidence, and reclaim your energy, then you're in the right place.

My journey hasn’t always been smooth – I've grappled with anxiety, depression, and grief, endured chronic pain, and faced those daunting moments of feeling utterly lost and alone.

But it's these very challenges that have carved my path and lead me to become the teacher, therapist, and coach I am today. 


I've fused my personal experiences with the wisdom and depth of ancient yoga practices, hypnotherapy, and somatics to create a unique and holistic approach which offers a nurturing and supportive space where we can journey together, drawing strength from vulnerability to guide you back to yourself with more confidence, joy, and ease.


I've walked this path, and I'm here to guide and empower you every step of the way.
