Taking the first steps on your path to healing can be daunting.

I know, I’ve been there too.

 

Whether you are just curious about how I work or if you’re ready to take that step I want to acknowledge you for being here.  Healing isn’t an easy journey and can feel very lonely, that is why I am passionate about providing a space that is supportive and compassionate.

My own experience with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, a deep sense of feeling lost lead me to discover yoga and meditation and eventually to hypnotherapy.
 

For years I sought something outside of myself, desperately looking for approval and validation from others. Yoga and Analytical Hypnotherapy enabled me to turn my gaze inwards and to discover that what I was seeking lay within me.

My passion is to help you to discover your own ability to heal by blending these powerful tools and techniques in a unique way.

Working primarily with the subconscious mind and the subtle energetic body, this powerful and effective healing programme will help you to gain clarity and understanding of the reasons why you feel the way you do and release what no longer serves you on a physical, psychological, energetic, and emotional level.

About the sessions

The sessions are broken down into three parts, creating a unique and powerful healing practice.

First, we check-in with you.
We will discuss how you are feeling and what has been coming up for you in the lead up to the session and gather any additional information.

You will then be guided through gentle movement and breathwork to begin to move any stagnant energy and emotion through the body to help you to embody the transformation process and prepare for the hypnotherapeutic process.

Once in hypnosis state we will unearth the root cause of your obstacles ready to resolve them create new neural pathways to recalibrate your relationship with yourself and the world around you.

Sessions last no longer than 90 minutes and are held on Zoom.

What’s included?
 

Holistic analytical hypnotherapy sessions – a blend of psychotherapy, yoga, breathwork and hypnotherapy - themed exercises and journaling prompts for you to dive deeper into your transformation as well as bespoke yoga and guided hypnosis recordings to support your healing between sessions.
 

1 x Initial session (online)
In this session we will get to know YOU. Together we will get clear on what you would like to achieve through our work together. Through a series of questions, I will gather information that will help me to create a programme of healing that is bespoke to you.
 

7 x Holistic Hypnotherapy session (online)

The sessions are broken down into three parts, creating a unique and powerful healing practice.

Heart. First, we check-in with you and discuss how you are feeling, what has been coming up for you in the lead up to the session and gather any additional information.
 

Body. You will then be guided through gentle movement and breathwork to begin to move any stagnant energy and emotion through the body and help you to embody the transformation process.  
 

Mind. Through the powerful and in-depth approach of the hypnotherapeutic process we will dive into your subconscious mind to unearth the root cause of your obstacles to resolve them and create new neural pathways to recalibrate your relationship with yourself and the world around you.
 

Bespoke yoga, meditation and breathing practice (recorded)

Using the information gathered in the initial session, a bespoke yoga, meditation and breathwork practice will be designed and recorded for you to do in your own time.
The practices will be put together by drawing upon my experience of various yoga styles, including chakra theory, tantra hatha, elemental yoga, and therapeutic somatic movement.


Journaling prompts & exercises to complete between sessions.
Between our sessions together your healing work will be supported by bespoke guided exercises and journaling prompts, each surrounding a different theme, for deeper self-enquiry and to accelerate personal growth.
 

Bespoke recorded guided hypnosis.

Using the information gathered in the initial session, a bespoke guided hypnosis will be created for you to help support you in your transformation between sessions and beyond.

FAQs

What is analytical hypnotherapy?

Analytical, or Psychodynamic, Hypnotherapy is a powerful, in-depth, therapeutic approach, blending psychotherapy and hypnotherapy to unearth and resolve the root cause of any psychological and physiological issues.
 

Hypnosis is a natural state and is a lot like daydreaming or being engrossed in a TV programme and not being able to hear what else is going on in the room. In the relaxed state of hypnosis, you will be in control of yourself at all times.
 

I will talk you through guided relaxation and when in the relaxed state of hypnosis, you will have greater access to your subconscious mind, enabling you to understand and resolve the root cause of your symptoms.


Can I be hypnotised?

Hypnosis is a natural state and is a lot like daydreaming or being engrossed in a TV programme so can be achieved by anyone. Hypnosis is a relaxed state where the thinking mind can drop away and you can gain access to the subconscious mind – however, if you do not want to be hypnotised then it will be extremely difficult to enter the hypnosis state as it is all about relaxation.


How long are the holistic hypnotherapy sessions?

Holistic hypnotherapy sessions typically last between 60-90 minutes but will be no more than 90 minutes long.


Will the yoga classes be difficult?

The yoga class will be designed specifically to you and your needs based on our discussion in the Initial Session. There may be challenging elements within the class, but they will be designed with your yoga experience and needs in mind.
 

How often do I need to do the (pre-recorded) yoga classes?

You get out what you put in and the yoga session will be ideally completed daily.  During the Initial Session we will discuss what is realistic for you to be able to find into your day/week and the class will be a length that is appropriate to you.
