I am passionate about offerning classes that will inspire you to move with curiosity and awareness, finding freedom in your body, mind and heart.
My style of teaching encourages you to bring your whole self to the mat as I guide you through a practice to move and feel from the inside.
Offering classes that bring balance to mind & body and awaken you to your magnificance is what I am passionate about and I can't wait to share the magic of yoga with you!
Supporting you on your yoga journey
Every body is unique - we all use our bodies in different ways are born with our own beautiful and unique structure. I strongly believe in offering a practice that is sustainable and that will encourage you to discover what feels good within your own body.
Options and variations are offered throughout classes so that you can move in a way that is appropriate for your body and your needs.
If you have any injuries or health conditions (incuding pregnancy and post-natal) please do get in touch before booking a class so that we can discuss ways in which I can support you through your yoga practice.
Monday - 7.30-8.30pm - Hatha Yoga - Online via Zoom. £8
Wednesday - 6-7pm - Hatha Yoga - Glebe Hall, Winterbourne Earls. £10
Friday - 19 November - 7-9pm - Candlelit Yoga & Gong Bath - St John's Place, Lower Bemerton, Salisbury
One-to-one classes and small groups - I also see clients on a private basis via Zoom and soon, at my home studio. If you would like classes designed specifically for you and your needs, please get in touch for availability and prices.

This special extended yoga event will guide you into stillness with breathwork and somatic movement before being invited to pause and turn inwards through the practice of yin yoga – holding poses for time to move stagnant energy through the body and dissolve stored tensions – preparing you for a deeply restorative and rejuvenating savasana with healing gong bath lead by Tim.
A monthly dose of medicine for the soul.

A 75 minutes blended practice of fluid flow to warm the body and encourage the mind to drop away, longer held restorative or yin poses to open up the body, guided meditation, breathwork and journaling for self enquiry.
Each Soul Flow class has it's own theme for you to explore, bringing depth and richness to your yoga.
