Yoga Classes

I offer a range of classes from flowing vinyasa to slow and soothing candlelit sessions.  My style of teaching encourages you to bring your whole self to the mat as I guide you through a practice to move and feel from the inside.
Offering classes that bring balance to mind, body and awaken you to your magnificance is what I am passionate about and I can't wait to share the magic of yoga with you!

Friday - 10am - Unwind & Resest

All classes are 1 hour and held on Zoom. Class recordings are available for 48hours.

£8 per class / £28.50 for 4

Saturday - 24 April, 9.30am - Free Member's Class

Flow to Restore

Be guided through fluid movement and to warm the bod and allow the mind to drop away before sinking into  restorative poses to deeply nourish the soul!

Unwind & Reset

Ease the tensions from the week and reset your energy for the weekend. Unwind the mind, release tensions in the upper body, neck and shoulders as well as building strength to support the posture.

Every body is unique - we all use our bodies in different ways are born with our own beautiful and unique structure. I strongly believe in offering a practice that is sustainable and that will encourage you to discover what feels good within your own body.

 

Options and modifications are offered throughout classes so that you can move in a way that is appropriate for your body and your needs.

If you have any injuries or medical conditions (incuding pregnancy and post-natal) please do get in touch before booking a class so that we can discuss ways in which I can support you through your yoga practice.
