My style of teaching encourages you to bring your whole self to the mat as I guide you through a practice to move and feel from the inside.
Offering classes that bring balance to mind & body and awaken you to your magnificance is what I am passionate about and I can't wait to share the magic of yoga with you!

Every body is unique - we all use our bodies in different ways are born with our own beautiful and unique structure. I strongly believe in offering a practice that is sustainable and that will encourage you to discover what feels good within your own body.

 

Options and variations are offered throughout classes so that you can move in a way that is appropriate for your body and your needs.

If you have any injuries or health conditions (incuding pregnancy and post-natal) please do get in touch before booking a class so that we can discuss ways in which I can support you through your yoga practice.

Wednesday - 6-7pm - Flow to Restore - Glebe Hall, Winterbourne Earls and Online via Zoom.

Friday - 8-9am - Feel Good Friday Flow - Online Only


In-person - £10 per person (non-refundable and non-transferable)
Zoom - £8 + recording (available for 48hours).

Summer Solstice

Sunrise | 7am | Zoom
Be guided through Sun Salutations to clear the energetic pathways and create space in mind and body with this invigorating practice.

 

Sundown | 8pm | Zoom Just as the Earth journeys around the Sun, move 360 degrees around your mat in this mindful slow mandala yoga flow. Slowing it down to ease you into rest and stillness, setting intention for the next phase of the Earth's journey around the Sun.

Saturday Soul Flow

A monthly dose of yoga medicine.

A 75 minutes blended practice of fluid flow to warm the body and encourage the mind to drop away, longer held restorative or yin poses to open up the body, guided meditation, breathwork and journaling for self enquiry.

Each Soul Flow class has it's own theme for you to explore, bringing depth and richness to your yoga.
